Reunion 2012

We enjoyed the third annual A.J. Hall family reunion in a beautiful cabin in Bear Lake.
We played games, swam (and swam some more), laughed watching family videos, and enjoyed everyone's company. Kyle made a potato gun, which he and Jason shot the first night we were all there. Pretty impressive, Kyle!
The family spent all day Friday at the beach. Some seadoos were rented for the day, and everyone had so much fun on them. I went for a short ride with Jason on one, but quickly returned to the beach to play.
It was quite a treat to be at the cabin during the Olympics. We really were very busy at the beach and doing other things that we didn't watch much. However, Honduras played Brazil in soccer, while we were there. It was really exciting for Jason to watch his team play for a little bit!
All of my siblings were there with their families, minus one brother. (We sure missed you, Court!) It was really fun to see all my nieces and nephews playing together. They sure had a fun time eating tons of candy and bouncing off the walls with each other. Baby Pollard is going to have such fun with all of the them!

Bloomington Lake

We finished our family reunion by heading up to Bloomington Lake for lunch before everyone went their separate ways. All of us hiked up to the lake after lunch. It was beautiful!
(34.5 weeks pregnant...fyi)
I was very content to enjoy the scenery and watch the little kids. However, a few swam in the lake (like 3 people), including my husband. Jason, Brandon, and Garrick tried out the rope swing. Although I would have loved to be part of that, I watched safely from the edge of the lake with everyone else.
Jason was pretty proud of himself, as you can see.
It was a great way to end the family reunion. Thanks to Mom and Dad for their hard work to make this such a fun time for all of us.
