I have officially been scolded for not updating my blog by my 10 year old neice. (Things have just been so BUSY!) So, Kaitlyn Marie, this one is for you. It actually is only a short list of events that have taken place in January.
This is us. Jason and Me.
* January really has been busy and crazy from the start. On New Years Eve night, Jason's beloved 1985 Toyota truck gave up the ghost. What a great way to start off the new year! We began the year searching for another vehicle, and we were quickly reminded just how much we hate car shopping. Luckily, we found another truck in only a few short weeks! Yipee...and thank goodness!
* We made new years resolutions with each other. Let's just say that I am not off to a good start, but Jason is (and always is) the one who's on top of things. He has been getting his goals done! P.S. One of my goals is to read at least one new book a month. Any suggestions?
* Jason started another semester in school. Oh joy.
* We have had a few encounters with the Doctor already this year. Jason sprained his foot really bad last week at church ball. It really looked broken. The doctor said a few of his tendens are also "strained." Whatever that means. A week later, his foot is still swollen and looks lovely.
* Earlier this month, we made a quick trip down south to see some family. We had a wonderful meal with some of my siblings and their kids. We even got a fashion show from the girlies in their dress-ups. So cute and too much fun!
So there's the update and that is that.
